Responsibilities

• Evaluation of care: collaborates with interdisciplinary team to evaluate patient care and ensure continuity.
• Implementation: provides nursing care for patients with complex needs and adheres to standards and policies.
• Leadership: supports unit goals, communicates effectively, and promotes safe, cost-effective care.
• Patient assessment: identifies priorities and plans care with patient/family input.
• Planning: collaborates on the plan of care and uses multidisciplinary resources.
