• Evaluation of Care - Identifies expected patient outcomes and communicates to promote continuity of care.
• Implementation - Delivers competent nursing care for patients with complex needs and prioritizes care.
• Leadership - Supports unit goals and collaborates interdepartmentally to promote safe, cost-effective care.
• Patient Assessment - Synthesizes data to determine care priorities and plans discharge needs.
• Planning - Collaborates with patient/family to update the plan of care using multidisciplinary resources.
