Regency Hospital - Florence is a critical illness recovery hospital in Florence, SC. We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate for a full-time night shift (7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.).

Compensation: $39.38 per hour with a $20,000 sign-on bonus. We offer orientation with a dedicated preceptor, BSN scholarship, tuition reimbursement, clinical ladder, debt repayment, and generous PTO plus full benefits. You will collaborate with physicians and the preceptor to implement care plans and support

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program for registered nursing.
• Valid State RN License required.
• BLS required at hire.

Responsabilités

• In collaboration with the physician and their preceptor, implement the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.
• Initiating ongoing systematic assessment of physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients/families.
• Interpreting assessment data to develop a nursing care plan with goals and discharge planning.
• Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
