Job summary

Regency Hospital - Florence in Florence, SC is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate for a full-time night shift from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. The position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a structured 10-13 week orientation with a dedicated preceptor.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program for registered nursing.
• Valid State RN License required.
• BLS required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physician and preceptor to implement assessment plans and follow-up.
• Perform ongoing systematic assessment of physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients and families.
• Develop nursing care plans with diagnoses, orders, interventions and discharge planning.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure medical records are complete, accurate and timely.
