Regency Hospital - Florence is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN/per diem 12-hour night shifts at Regency Hospital - Florence. Compensation is $53.00 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for Nights Only, and a strong orientation program to support a smooth transition.

The role involves admissions/ transfers, ongoing patient assessments, accurate documentation, telemetry interpretation, and collaboration with the care team to deliver high-quality post-ICU care.

Formación

• RN license required in the applicable state.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required at hire.
• Clinical nursing skills and compassionate patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Document accurately using hospital systems.
• Interpreting labs/telemetry data and transcribing orders.
• Respond to rapid responses and code events as needed.
• Educate patients and families.
