Qualifikationen

• Graduate of accredited program for registered nursing.
• Valid State RN License required.
• BLS required at hire.
• Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.

Aufgaben

• Implement the assessment plan and follow-up of the plan of care with the patient population.
• Initiate ongoing systematic assessment of physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients/families.
• Develop nursing care plans with nursing diagnoses, orders, interventions, goals and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team in rehabilitation planning and evaluation.
• Ensure medical records are complete, accurate and timely.
