Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program (ASN, BSN, or MSN) within the last 6 months.
• BLS Certification (required).
• Prior experience as an unlicensed assistive personnel in Patient Care Services (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receive precepted training and experience for Ohio Board of Nursing licensure exam.
• Perform non-nursing aspects of patient care as assigned or delegated by RN.
• Communicate observations and measurements to RN in a timely manner.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer skills

Competence in basic patient-care tasks allowed by law

Education
