Qualifications

• Active RN license in state where employed.
• BLS Basic Life Support or ACLS preferred; ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• 1 year of RN experience required; 6 months in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop plans of care.
• Administer medications safely per policies and state regulations.
• Serve as patient care coordination contact across hospital departments.
