Johns Hopkins Medicine's Suburban Hospital in Montgomery County offers a New Grad RN Residency starting November 2. You will work in Med/Surg Telemetry with a 12-hour rotating shift (7a-7:30p / 7p-7:30a) and a 36-hour workweek, delivering safe, high-quality patient care under supervision and in collaboration with the care team.

Med/Surg Telemetry
The New Grad Registered Nurse / RN Iis responsible forindependently planning, coordinating, and directing those activities essential to the provision of quality nursing care for assigned patients; coordinating the medical plan provided by support service departments relating to the assigned patients; identifying and implementing nursing interventions and evaluates results; and demonstrating developing leadership qualities.

Salary Range: Minimum 37.47/hour - Maximum 59.22/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
