Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis is offering a full-time Night shift Nurse Residency for new graduates entering Labor & Birth. The program provides 16 weeks of personalized orientation and training, with dedicated clinical nurse educators, hands-on simulations, and ongoing mentoring to help you grow into independent practice.

Your first year focuses on learning, feedback, and gradual progression, within a supportive team of Labor & Birth nurses, obstetricians, CNMs, and other specialists.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN License or eligibility for Missouri licensure.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Willingness to sign a 2-year residency agreement.
• Ability to work nights for up to 4 years.
