Mercy is seeking a New Graduate RN for Labor & Birth Residency at Mercy Hospital. This 16‑week program helps new grads transition to professional RN roles with mentorship, hands‑on clinical experience, and structured learning in a leading birthing center in the St. Louis region.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN License or eligibility for licensure in the state of Missouri (or transfer).
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (or obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities
