Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited BSN or ADN program.
• Current American Heart Association BLS-HCP certification required by hire or within 60 days of hire with approval.

Responsibilities

• Responds to patient care needs by assisting patients with hygiene, nourishment, and vital signs; communicates with the care team.
• Perform clinical skills such as venipuncture, wound care, and aseptic technique under RN supervision.
• Assist with patient transfers, admissions, and discharges following safety policies.
• Administer medications under direct supervision and dual sign-off.
• Document patient care with RN signee and adhere to infection prevention standards.
• Promote patient experience goals and collaborate with nurses and physicians within scope.
