Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Nursing Graduate to support patient care under the direct supervision of an RN. The role begins in the Intermountain Nurse Residency program, lasting up to 12 weeks while preparing for the State Boards exam.

During the residency, individuals will orient to RN assignments and may participate in medication administration under supervision. Progression depends on board passage and qualification for other roles within Intermountain Health.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a recognized RN education program. Education will be verified.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers required.

Responsibilities

• Under direct RN supervision, participate in patient care delivery.
• Assist in assessment, data collection, and documentation under RN supervision.
• Observe and discuss prioritization of patient needs with the RN during shifts.
• Participate in patient and family education under RN supervision.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and documentation practices.
