Job summary

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Associate's degree or higher in Nursing/Diploma.
• Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required: Must obtain a valid nursing license within 120 days of hire.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of clinical nursing care procedures; good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team; familiarity with computer systems and programs.

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs, intake and outputs, pulse oximetry and weights accurately and report changes to RN.
• Assist and prepare patients for treatment, exams, and procedures as directed by RN.
• Administer baths and basic hygiene measures as directed by RN.
• Assist with collection and delivery of specimens to labs in a timely manner.
• Support safe patient handling and proper body mechanics during care.
