The Johns Hopkins Hospital is seeking a new graduate RN to join the Meyer 8 Hospitalist unit. You will work 12-hour shifts on a day/night rotating schedule with self scheduling, handling a diverse range of diagnoses under Hospitalist Attendings.

The program emphasizes learning, collaboration, and growth within Johns Hopkins' renowned clinical environment. Requirements include a BSN preferred, or ADN with a plan to pursue BSN, plus active BLS and Maryland RN license at hire.

Requirements

• New grads RN's should apply
• Baccalaureate degree, in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing, preferred. Applicants with an Associate Degree in nursing will be considered. per nursing guidelines, must matriculate to Bachelors of Nursing program within 1 year of employment and complete their BSN within 4 years
• Active BLS via AHA, American Red Cross or Military Training Network at time of hire
• Active Maryland RN or Compact License at time of hire

Salary Range: Minimum 36.07/hour - Maximum 54.28/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
