Fresenius Medical Care is seeking graduates of an accredited nursing program to join our dialysis team under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The role supports patient care and aims to obtain nursing licensure within 90 days of hire.

Successful candidates will work in a dynamic nephrology environment, performing pre/post dialysis assessments and contributing to safe, continuous patient care. This position emphasizes collaboration and adherence to clinical protocols.

Formación

• Graduates of an accredited nursing program working in a state that requires nursing licensure for practice.
• Must obtain nursing license within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Performs vascular access evaluation pre-treatment.
• Performs and records pre/post dialysis evaluation, weight and vital signs.
• Initiates dialysis treatment according to orders and reports difficulties to nurse supervisor.
• Monitors patient response to dialysis therapy and documents care.
• Documents information in patient health records and reports changes to the nurse supervisor.
