Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, NC is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Services team. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care and supervising nursing activities, aligned with the DUHS Practice model and nursing process to achieve department goals.

As a new graduate RN, you will undergo the Nurse Residency Program, complete a 12-month paid program, and participate in a multi-phase orientation with varied shifts (12-hour blocks) and a Feb 2027 start date.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Valid NC RN license
• Experience in emergency department preferred

Mansioni

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care
• Supervise direct and indirect care and coordinate with care teams
• Participate in the Nurse Residency Program, clinical ladder, committees and research activities
