• Monitors vital signs and weight with initial identification.
• Initiates dialysis treatment per orders and evaluates intradialytic problems.
• Documents treatment data and prepares lab specimens as required.
• Maintains cleanliness and prepares equipment for dialysis treatment.
• Reports changes in patient condition to the nurse supervisor.
• Ensures patient discharge evaluation and proper documentation.
