Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs vascular access evaluation pre-treatment.
• Monitors vital signs and weight; records documentation.
• Performs cannulation and reports difficulties to nurse supervisor.
• Initiates dialysis treatment per orders and monitors flow rates.
• Documents patient treatment in health records and reports changes to supervisor.
• Maintains and cleans dialysis environment and equipment between treatments.
