Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a nurse graduate to join the dialysis care team. You will work under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse while pursuing your nursing license, with a goal to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities include pre/post-dialysis care, data entry into the clinical record, and monitoring patient responses to therapy. The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate documentation, and teamwork in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program within the past 12 months.
• Must obtain nursing license within 90 days of employment.
• Experience in patient care in hospital setting preferred.
• Able to perform tasks requiring lifting and standing.

Responsabilités

• Performs vascular access evaluation pre-treatment.
• Performs and records Pre and Post dialysis evaluation, weight and vital signs.
• Initiates dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders.
• Monitors patients’ response to dialysis therapy and reports issues.
• Obtains all prescribed laboratory testing and prepares specimens.
• Documents information in patient health records accurately.
