Fresenius Medical Care is seeking graduates of an accredited nursing program to join our dialysis team. The position operates under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse while the employee works toward obtaining their nursing license within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities include vascular access evaluation, dialysis initiation and monitoring, post-treatment assessments, and documentation in the patient health record. Strong multitasking and adaptability in a clinical setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program within the past 12 months.
• Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Must obtain nursing license within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Performs vascular access evaluation pre-treatment.
• Performs and records pre- and post-dialysis evaluation, weight and vital signs.
• Initiates dialysis treatment per physician orders, monitors response to therapy.
• Reports any difficulties in cannulation or unusual findings to nurse supervisor.
• Documents treatment in patient health records and communicates changes to supervisor.
