Fresenius Medical Care in Washington state is seeking graduates of an accredited nursing program who will work under direct supervision, progressing toward their nursing license within 90 days. The role supports the dialysis health care team and provides safe therapy to patients in our WA facilities.

Responsibilities include vascular access evaluation, dialysis treatment initiation, patient monitoring, data entry, and lab specimen handling while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualificações

• Must graduate from an accredited nursing program within the past 12 months.
• Must obtain nursing license within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to travel between facilities may be required.
• May be required to lift and move patients/equipment in a health care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Performs vascular access evaluation pre-treatment.
• Initiates dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders.
• Monitors patients' response to dialysis therapy.
• Documents patient treatment in the patient health record.
• Collects, labels, and prepares lab specimens as required.
