Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a New Graduate Registered Nurse to join the onsite hemodialysis team in Smyrna, DE and surrounding Dover, Newark, Bear, Middletown locations. The role supports patient education, assessment, and safe delivery of dialysis therapies under supervision.

New graduates will complete licensure within required timelines and participate in CQI activities, process improvements, and patient satisfaction initiatives while providing compassionate care to ESRD patients.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program within the past 12 months.
• Must obtain nursing license and registration within state timeline or within 90 days of hire.
• Current appropriate state temporary permit if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective dialysis nursing care under supervision and guidance.
• Educate patients on ESRD, dialysis therapy, diet, and medications.
• Document patient care data and participate in staff training and CQI activities.
