Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our on-site dialysis teams across multiple Georgia locations. You will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse while gaining licensure within 90 days of hire and delivering safe, effective dialysis care to patients.

Responsibilities include pre/post-dialysis assessments, documenting treatment data, and maintaining the dialysis environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program within the past 12 months.
• Must obtain nursing license within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to perform under supervision in a dialysis setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs vascular access evaluation pre-treatment and records vitals.
• Initiates and monitors dialysis treatment per orders.
• Documents treatment data in the patient health record.
• Maintains clean and safe dialysis environment and equipment.
• Compiles lab specimens and ensures timely data entry into clinical systems.
