Advocate Health is seeking an experienced RN for a 14-bed MICU providing high-acuity adult care in a fast-paced setting. The role requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to implement evidence-based practices across the patient continuum.

Applicants should have 1 year of clinical nursing experience and an active RN license (BSN preferred). Telehealth/licensing requirements for telehealth are noted as applicable. This position may involve floating to other units within the service area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state compact or single-state license to practice where care is provided.

Responsabilités

• Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, mobilize resources, and collaborate with the care team.
