Qualifications

• RN license required; graduate of an approved nursing program.
• BLS certification required; licensure in-state or compact state.
• BSN preferred; willingness to obtain BSN in state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patient/family involvement.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and mobilize resources with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and document care accurately in EHR.
• Float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment, communication, and professional development.
