Advocate Health in Macon, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 24-bed CV Stepdown and telemetry unit. This 36-hour weekly role supports cardiothoracic/vascular patients across pre- and post-operative stages, with sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

You will use the nursing process, coordinate with the care team, ensure patient safety, document in the EHR, and may float to other units as needed. Requires RN license in Georgia and BLS; BSN preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license in the United States.
• BLS certification required.
• ICU/critical care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engages in unit councils and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans; collaborates with the care team.
• Maintains accurate and timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
