Job summary

Advocate Health Navicent’s 4Main CV Stepdown unit in Macon, GA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver bedside care to cardiothoracic/vascular surgical patients and post-operative cases. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based, high-quality nursing across shifts.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care using the nursing process, promoting safety, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered experiences.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).
• ACLS certification required/expected within 6 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
