Work Schedule: Night 7p-7a, 3 shifts per week, every 3rd weekend

1. Focus on clinical practice/care delivery and personal learning.
2. Utilize and apply evidence-based practice, accessing appropriate resources.
3. Follow unit-based protocols, documentation standards, pathways, etc.
4. Involve patients and families in care; adhere to model of care delivery guidelines.
5. Conduct patient/family needs assessments; initiate and document education; seek guidance in advocating for patient/family needs when appropriate.
6. Deliver care aligned with unit operations to ensure safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care.
