Intermountain Health in Provo, UT is seeking a New Graduate Radiologic Technologist for our Utah Valley Float Pool (PRN). You will perform diagnostic imaging exams across multiple care settings, building a solid clinical foundation while under experienced mentorship.

Formación

• ARRT certification or eligibility (ARRT(R) preferred)
• Current Radiologic Technologist license in Utah or ability to obtain
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
• New graduate status with enthusiasm for cross-setting imaging

Responsabilidades

• Perform diagnostic imaging examinations per department protocols
• Verify patient identification and exam orders; prepare patients
• review images for quality, clarity, and accuracy
• Maintain radiation safety and safety standards for patients and staff
• Assist and instruct students and fellow technologists
• Educate patients and address questions about procedures and care
• Maintain accurate patient records and exam documentation
• Follow coding, charging, and quality control procedures
• Support infection prevention and sterile techniques
• Operate imaging equipment and related information systems
