Qualifications

• Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 physical therapy sessions.
• Deliver care with patient-centered approach in home-based and clinic settings.
• Manage a caseload of 6–8 patients per day.
• Participate in mentorship and ongoing professional development.
