Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation in Mahtomedi, MN is seeking a newly graduated Physical Therapist to join the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. You’ll work on a team delivering 1:1, patient-centered care with 60-minute sessions and a manageable caseload of 6–8 patients per day.

The role emphasizes mentorship, professional growth, and autonomy in a supportive home-like care model. Qualifications include MN PT license (or pending), graduation from an accredited PT program, and CPR certification.

Qualifications
