Fox Rehabilitation in Union, MO is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists to join our Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. You’ll start with mentorship and independence as you launch your career in a care model that emphasizes 1:1, patient‑centered care.

You’ll treat patients with 60‑minute sessions, manage a 6–8 patient daily caseload, and enjoy a flexible schedule. The program offers onboarding, ongoing development, and a mission‑driven culture that values growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Missouri
• Graduate from an accredited PT program
• Current CPR Certification
• Exceptional patient service delivery and interpersonal skills
• Desire to develop professionally
• Basic computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Provide 60‑minute, 1:1 PT sessions with patients
• Manage a manageable caseload (6–8 patients per day)
• Participate in FOX Emerging Professionals Mentor Program for growth
• Deliver patient‑centered care with clinical excellence
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling (no nights/weekends)
• Collaborate with care team to optimize outcomes
