Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring Physical Therapists in Cloquet, MN, offering mentorship through the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. You will provide 60-minute one-to-one sessions and manage a balanced caseload of 6–8 patients daily, delivering high-quality, individualized care.

New graduates are welcome; no prior in-home experience required. The role emphasizes patient-centered service, flexibility, and professional growth within a nationally recognized private practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Excellent patient service delivery and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to develop professionally.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute one-to-one sessions and high-quality care.
• See 6–8 patients per day on average.
• Deliver patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling (no nights or weekends).
• Engage in mentorship and professional development within the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program.
