Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in North Carolina. The role supports patient mobility, with a 13-week contract or permanent placement option, day shifts and competitive hourly pay with housing and travel stipends.

New grads are welcome, with a supportive team, onboarding, and a dedicated recruiter to guide you from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and document progress to help patients regain

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of employment; new grads welcome.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• TB test/results current.
• Fit for duty within the past year.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to SNF patients.
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
