FullShift Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment. This 13-week contract (with option to extend) offers days shifts and a rewarding opportunity to impact patient mobility and independence.

Compensation includes an excellent hourly rate plus housing and travel stipends for travelers. New grads are welcome, and you’ll join a supportive team that values professional growth, collaborative care, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Current TB test/results
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients in a SNF setting.
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and functional goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
