Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated pediatric home health care. This role emphasizes focused, one-on-one nursing in the home, allowing nurses to exercise clinical judgment with support as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing.
• Deliver skilled nursing in the child’s home with autonomy and clinical support as needed.
• Build consistent child-family relationships and ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• TB Skin Test (PPD)or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
