Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Lebanon, MO is seeking a new graduate Occupational Therapist to start their career with strong mentorship and hands-on patient care. • Must be licensed or license-eligible OT in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
