Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Lebanon, MO is seeking a new graduate Occupational Therapist to start their career with strong mentorship and hands-on patient care. You will build meaningful relationships with adults and geriatric clients in their homes, while receiving structured orientation and clinical support for a confident transition to independent practice.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
