Job summary

Mach Industries in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a New Grad Manufacturing Engineer to own the industrialization of products for high‑rate production. You will work closely with the Product Engineering, Build Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations teams to design, validate, and launch high‑volume manufacturing systems using cutting‑edge Manufacturing Engineering techniques.

This role is focused on building at scale— delivering reliable hardware at speed.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in manufacturing/industrialization roles (internships count).
• Bachelors in engineering; graduation by Dec 2026 or Jan 2027.
• Experience with high‑volume production and DFx/DFM/A principles.

Responsibilities

• Own production planning from late-stage prototype to mass production ramp.
• Design high-throughput manufacturing systems achieving world‑class first-pass yields.
• Collaborate across product engineering, build engineering and manufacturing operations.
• Lead make‑vs‑buy studies with supply chain to secure vendors and parts.
• Manage FAT/SAT, automation concepts, and tooling readiness for ramp.
