Job summary

Neros Technologies is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Design Engineer to bring complex hardware from concept to high-volume production. You will collaborate across Engineering, Test, and Operations to develop processes, tooling, and assembly solutions, with hands-on engineering and data-driven problem solving.

You will lead readiness activities through DVT, PVT, and ramp, driving yield, quality, and throughput improvements while shaping manufacturable design requirements across mechanical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience developing and scaling manufacturing processes for complex electro‑mechanical products.
• Experience leading DFM/DFA and driving manufacturability improvements.
• Hands‑on experience designing manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and automation.
• Strong SPC, CpK, DOE, tolerance analysis, and root‑cause problem solving knowledge.
• Experience supporting products through DVT, PVT, and production ramp.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing readiness activities through DVT, PVT, and initial ramp.
• Develop robust manufacturing processes, tooling, and assembly solutions.
• Drive improvements in yield, quality, cycle time, and OEE.
• Collaborate with Product Design, Test, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Influence product design through DFM and DFA principles.
