Job summary

MainStreet Family Care in Burlington, NC is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced urgent care team. You will provide patient-focused care across urgent care, primary care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine, leading a small team and utilizing a full scope of practice to treat patients of all ages.

We offer on-site orientation, ongoing training, a starting bonus, CME allowance, PTO, 401k eligibility, and rotating shifts across extended hours seven days a week.

Qualifications

• PA-C with board certification required.
• MSN or higher education.
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; EMR and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused care across urgent care, primary care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine.
• Lead a small team in a high-volume urgent care setting.
• Diagnose and treat diverse age groups from infants to seniors within scope of practice.
• Follow established protocols and collaborate with the team to ensure best patient outcomes.
