NaphCare is seeking a Correctional Nurse (LPN/LVN) in Wetumpka, AL to care for inmates under close security. You will assess patients, administer medications, monitor chronic conditions, and respond to emergencies in a controlled environment. New grads are encouraged to apply and trained in correctional healthcare.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an LPN program
• High school diploma or GED
• Active LPN/LVN license
• BLS CPR Certification (AHA preferred)
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse patients
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct
• Pass facility background check and drug screening

Responsabilités

• Perform patient assessments and obtain health histories
• Take vital signs and monitor patients
• Provide wound care and administer medications
• Maintain medical records in TechCare
• Observe patient and mental health status
• Provide emergency first aid
• Educate patients and plan discharge/release
