Job summary
NaphCare, Inc. is hiring LPNs/LVNs to join our medical team in Elmore, AL, serving individuals in the Alabama Department of Corrections at Staton/Elmore. Roles include assessing patients, administering meds, wound care, and responding to emergencies in a structured, secure environment.

Qualifications
- Graduate from a Licensed Practical Nursing program
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Actively state-certified as an LPN or LVN
- BLS CPR Certification (AHA preferred)
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse patient populations
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies
- Pass facility background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and interview health problems and medication history
- Take vital signs including BP, temperature, and weight
- Provide wound care and bandaid injured areas
- Administer medications and monitor reactions
- Maintain medical records in TechCare EHR
- Observe patient health and mental health status
- Provide emergency first aid
- Educate patients and plan discharge/release
