Job summary

HNTB is seeking an Engineering professional in North Charleston, SC, to support project reports, plans, designs, and calculations. The role involves assisting with design files, data collection, and various engineering tasks within the project team.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with familiarity in MicroStation and AutoCAD, and a good grasp of engineering principles. Master’s degree and EIT are preferred but not required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MicroStation/AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of engineering principles relevant to the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Support preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Assist in preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Assist engineering teams with organization and administrative support of design files.
• Support engineering teams with research, data collection, field investigations, development, and design tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned
