Job summary

HNTB is seeking an engineer-in-training / entry-level engineer to contribute to a range of infrastructure projects. You will support engineers with reports, designs, and calculations while developing your professional skills within a collaborative team.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and familiarity with MicroStation or AutoCAD, with potential for professional growth toward licensure. This role is office-based with opportunities across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD is preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Supports preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Assists in the preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Assists engineering teams with organization and administrative support of design files.
• Supports engineering teams with research, data collection, field investigations, development, and design of projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
