Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or Physics, completed or expected before start date.
• Experience involving engineering equipment, troubleshooting, data analysis, manufacturing, or technical problem solving.
• Ability to analyze technical data and use structured problem-solving methods to evaluate issues and identify solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation, startup, and qualification of cutting-edge Dry Etch equipment in our new cleanroom.
• Monitor equipment performance and support data analysis, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with process engineers, technicians, and other cross-functional partners to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting manufacturing.
• Support engineering projects that improve equipment reliability, availability, safety, quality, and manufacturing performance.
• Partner with equipment suppliers and internal teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop effective maintenance strategies.
