You will develop opportunities through networking and relationships with top-tier clients, supporting multiple service lines, and maintaining accurate prospect databases.

You will learn the business and local market by attending events, meeting clients, and collaborating with Leasing, Investment Sales, and other teams, while delivering high-quality work on

Competenze

• New graduate from US university graduating Fall 2026 or Winter/Spring 2027
• Strong understanding of real estate industry terminology and documentation or related sales experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent customer service across all levels and external partners with clear communication
• Ability to meet deadlines with accurate, high-quality deliverables

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in your sector through prospecting, networking, relationship building and identifying opportunities for other service lines.
• Be solutions oriented and create new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales, and Equity Placement/Debt Financing teams across product lines and with other service lines such as property management.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and opportunities.
