Colliers is seeking a recent university graduate to launch a career in commercial real estate sales and leasing in the Chicago area. You will build client relationships, prospect opportunities, and collaborate across leasing, investment sales, and other service lines to grow revenue.

You must graduate Fall 2026 or Winter/Spring 2027 and obtain a state real estate license within six months. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Recent degree from a US university (Fall 2026 or Winter/Spring 2027).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication and client relationship skills.
• Willing to obtain real estate license within six months of joining Colliers.

Responsabilités

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in your sector through prospecting, networking and relationship building.
• Identify opportunities for other service lines to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales, and Equity/ Debt teams across product lines and with property management.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and opportunities.
• Attend local business events and client meetings to learn the market and build relationships.
