In this role you will prospect and develop opportunities, coordinate with Leasing, Investment Sales, and Debt Financing teams, maintain CRM databases, and support deal execution from qualification to closing.

Qualifications

• Graduated Fall 2026 or Winter/Spring 2027 from a US university.
• Willing to obtain real estate license within six months of joining Colliers (or already licensed).
• Some understanding of the real estate industry, terminology, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to meet deadlines, deliver high-quality work, and show attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in your sector through prospecting, networking, relationship building and identifying opportunities for other service lines.
• Be solutions oriented and create new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Foster cross-collaboration with Leasing, Investment Sales, and Equity Placement/Debt Financing teams across product lines and with property management.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and opportunities.
• Attend local business events, network, and participate in client meetings to learn the business and marketplace.
